Purses for Promise 2025 is officially sold out! Presented by Black & Veatch and hosted by Women United, this event is a purse-based silent auction, wine pull and networking social to raise funds for Turn the Page KC, an organization that envisions a future where everyone in Kansas City has the literacy skills they need to be successful in life. Even if you can’t join us in person, you can still take part in the fun — online bidding is open now and will remain available until the event on April 17th.

In 2024, this event connected over 200 women philanthropists representing over 100 companies and nonprofits raising $115,000 for 1,200 families throughout the Kansas City metro area.  Drinks, passed appetizers, entertainment, and 50+ designer handbags will be featured throughout the evening.
