Save the date for Purses for Promise 2026! Presented by Black & Veatch and hosted by Women United, this event is a purse-based silent auction, wine pull and networking social to raise funds for Growing Futures Early Education Center, a Head Start for children and families providing quality early education opportunities and family support services for children in Johnson County, Kansas. In 2025, this event raised more than $120,000 to support early childhood development initiatives across Kansas City.
