A United Way hosted event where New Employee Campaign Managers will learn new strategies for running a successful workplace campaign.
8:30 am – 9:00 am: Registration & Breakfast
If you are a new ECM (first campaign or 1 campaign season with UW) or new to United Way we would love you to join us in the morning for registration, breakfast and networking.
9:00 am – 9:10 am: Welcome
Jess Blubaugh, Chief Philathropy Officer will kick off our morning with United Way 101 on who is United Way, the work we do, and launching your campaign.
9:10 am – 10:15 am: United Way 101
Learn all about the work United Way does in the community through Impact 100, Catalyst Grantees, 211 and other strategic initiatives.
10:15 am – 10:30 am: Break
Quick 15 minute break!
10:30 am – 11:45 am: How to Run a Campaign
Learn about how to run an effective campaign, understand the new platform, and ways to get your employees excited about running a campaign.
11:45 am – 12:00 pm: Farewell
We will wrap up our time together with actions steps and a quick survey before you enjoy the rest of your day.
