GIVING TUESDAY 2022

This year, United Way of Greater Kansas City it excited to announce Give Your Time on Giving Tuesday. While our community absolutely needs your financial donations in order for change to happen, they also heavily rely on volunteer hours and time. We have partnered with three of our Impact 100 organizations on this Giving Tuesday to provide opportunities for community members to get involved and be a part of the impact firsthand.

If you don’t have time to give, no problem – you can donate toilet paper or gas cards to Hope House, one of our Impact 100 organizations who supports victims of domestic violence. Donations can be dropped off at the United Way of Greater Kansas City office (801 W 47th Street, Kansas City, MO 64112; first floor lobby) on Tuesday, November 29 from 9:00am-1:00pm.

Additionally, you can order a meal while supporting United Way during the week of Giving Tuesday. If you’re tired of Thanksgiving leftovers, Minksy’s Pizza, Eggtc and Tenderloin Grill are donating 20% of purchases on Giving Tuesday to United Way of Greater Kansas City. This applies to online orders, in-restaurant dining and catering orders – all you have to do is mention United Way or use code UW20 when ordering online.   • Wednesday, November 30, 500 North 7th Street Trafficway, KC, Kansas 66101—Cook and serve lunch, clean kitchen & dining room, fill family emergency assistance orders for clothing, hygiene & food, assemble food packs, sort clothing, sort hygiene items.

Minsky’s + United Way of Greater Kansas City Giving Tuesday:

All Minsky’s, EGGtc, and Tenderloin Grill locations will donate 20% of your total purchase made of Giving Tuesday (November 29) to United Way of Greater Kansas City. This will be for all dine-in, curbside, carry out, delivery and online orders (for online ordering, use code UW20).
