The Transition Academy (TTA) is a disability college and career preparation organization that partners with high schools  to make economic inclusion a reality for youth with disabilities in the Kansas City area, especially for young people of color who have historically been failed by systems. TTA envisions a world where people of all abilities have choices in building happy, meaningful and fulfilling lives.
