River of Refuge transitions homeless families with jobs from high-rent motels, non-traditional housing and shelters into permanent housing.
Volunteer Information:
Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteers can help provide weeknight childcare on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15-7:45 p.m. The organization can also use assistance in sorting and stocking donations for hygiene, food and clothing pantries during weekdays, as well as cleaning family units and the building itself. A community volunteer night is held from 6-8 p.m. the third Thursday of each month. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer without a parent or guardian.
