The mission of this organization is to improve the health of Wyandotte County, and the Kansas City metro, by providing enrollment in and assistance with health insurance (Medicaid, Marketplace, Medicare), Community Health Workers, Peer Support, health education, civic engagement, and connections to clinical care and safety net resources.

Volunteer opportunities:
Volunteers can provide support through various activities such as; unloading food deliveries, packing emergency food support bags/boxes, packing weather and emergency bags for the unhoused, preparing/stocking event kits, joining our team at events (tabling), data entry, organizing storage/supply areas, canvassing door to door (voter engagement, public health notices, event notification, etc.), phone banking (voter engagement, event reminders, donation drives, etc.), hosting item gatherings (coats/winter gear, weather/emergency items for kits, etc.) and assisting with CHC event preparation.
