Della Lamb’s mission is to empower its clients to meet the challenges of education, employment, and self-sufficiency in an ever-changing world. Della Lamb has been providing services to Kansas City’s refugee population for decades, becoming an authorized resettlement agency in 2014.
Volunteer Information:
Volunteer Opportunities: Walk hand-in-hand with a refugee family through Co-Sponsorship, prepare a home for an arriving family in the House to Home program, help new arrivals learn the public transportation system, help with childcare for English Language Learners (ELL), and volunteer to be a youth mentor.
