Our Employee Campaign Managers (ECM’s) make the work we do, possible. Meet our first ECM Spotlight: Jenna TeKolste, Commercial Banking Representative at Commerce Bank. Jenna is going into her third campaign season with Commerce Bank. “Here at the bank, we run a very fun campaign that is driven around the purpose of United Way and people’s passion for it.”
Jenna recently moved to Kansas City and was introduced to United Way through her parents. “I grew up with my parents super involved with the United Way, and that allowed me to understand the purpose of United Way and impact it has on communities. I’m new to town, so what a better way to get involved with the organization that’s helping all the other agencies and organizations.”
Jenna was excited to join Commerce Bank’s campaign committee in 2021 and will lead as Senior Chairman in the upcoming campaign.
“Something I’m really proud of is Commerce Bank’s culture. Employees here do a really good job of building each other up and forming bonds. When our United Way campaign happens, we use all that momentum to figure out how to deploy our team’s strength and good, happy culture out into the community to build up Kansas City as a whole.”
