Meet our October Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) Spotlight: Jack Urban of Lockton!
Jack is an Account Manager at Lockton where he handles insurance and risk management programs for clients. He was inspired to become an ECM after seeing how important giving back is to both his workplace and the community.
“Something I’ve realized along the way is how much United Way actually helps our people in need in the KC area. So, it’s been inspiring to help others and it’s been nothing but a good experience,” he shared.
Lockton’s campaign spans two weeks and is filled with a variety of events and experiences, such as onsite and offsite volunteer events, poverty simulations, a bus tour and a Waymaker™ Table.
“We’ve got ten straight days where we’re doing something positively in the communities,” he said. “If you work at Lockton, the idea is that you are a person who supports your community, so it’s kind of the standard here to give.”
