ECM Spotlight: Stephanie Rogge of PRIER Products

July 2, 2024

Meet our July Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) Spotlight: Stephanie Rogge of PRIER Products! Stephanie is Head of People and Culture at PRIER Products where she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and works to cultivate a positive work environment that offers rewarding careers.

Stephanie’s exposure to diverse employee backgrounds and societal issues inspired her with the desire to support causes that address such issues, leading to her journey as an ECM. “Giving back to others is a pivotal part to any societies’ success,” she said. “Serving as a partner to United Way feels as though I am serving the Kansas City community and that gives me great personal and professional satisfaction.”

During campaign season, Stephanie and her workplace’s goal is to exceed their contributions year after year and to have 100% of associates contribute to United Way. One impactful highlight of their current campaign season happened when Della Lamb, a United Way Impact 100 partner, visited on-site to share how United Way funds help their organization. “The presentation was touching and helped our associates make the connection with how their contribution affects our community,” she said.

In her personal time, Stephanie is also an active volunteer with St. Thomas More Church and School. Her drive for making a positive impact in our communities and addressing root causes is inspiring. We are grateful for her passionate support.

Stay tuned for more stories as we continue to showcase ECMs who are lighting the way for positive change in our communities.
