What is 211?
United Way 211 is our city’s resource service that is available 24 hours, 365 days a year. Trained Community Resource Navigators, or CRN’s provide free and confidential help to individuals in need – from basic needs, such as housing and utility assistance, to health services and more. Simply dial 2-1-1 on any phone or visit www.211kc.org to connect to our CRN’s.
With rising demands due to inflation and unprecedented challenges still lingering post-pandemic, 211 is receiving more calls than ever. United Way’s CRN’s answer thousands of calls every day to connect individuals in need to community resources.
