Mid America Assistance Coalition, MAAC, is the largest Low Income Homes Energy Assistance Program, LIHEAP, administrator MO serving Jackson, Clay and Platte counties; provides MAACLink, a community wide emergency assistance shared data platform to multiple community nonprofits, and manages several utility and service related funds (water, energy, photo ID).
