2012 Funding Opportunity

United Way of Greater Kansas City accepted proposals from organizations with annual budgets of $500,000 or less for 2012 funding consideration.

The deadline for submitting a proposal for 2012 funding consideration was September 30, 2011. 

Funding Application Documents

Request for Proposals – funding priorities, application instructions, timeline and review criteria

Program Funding Application – application form including organizational information and detailed questions about the program for which you are seeking funds

Program Budget Form – summary budget form for reporting program income and expenses

United Way Certification Questionnaire – form on which applicants report on compliance with United Way standards of accountability

United Way Shared Outcomes Manual – document describing specific client outcomes and indicators for most of United Way’s program funding categories

Eligible with Intent to Apply

Organizations that are deemed eligible to apply as a result of the eligibility interview must submit a notice of intent to apply by September 20th by completing the form by clicking here.
